  • Margarine100 g
  • Ricotta400 g
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Condensed milk1 unit(s)
  • Unflavored gelatin1 unit(s)
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Guava400 g
  1. For the base, crush the biscuit and mix in the melted butter.
  2. In a false bottom shape, make the base with the mixture and take it to the oven for 10 minutes at 180°c
  3. In a blender, beat the ricotta, cream, condensed milk, dissolved gelatin and lemon juice.
  4. Put the cream in the form with the base already made and take it to the fridge for 1 hour.
  5. Dissolve the guava with 4 tablespoons of water over low heat. When the guava is fully dissolved, pour it into the mold and take the pie for another 2 hours in the fridge.
  6. And it's ready :)
