- Cream cheese200 g
- Guava200 g
- Water200 ml
- Blend the first 3 ingredients in a blender and place in a 20cm baking dish.
- Cover with cling film and place in the freezer for about 5 hours.
- To unmold, just pass the pan quickly over the stove mouth.
- The topping is optional, but just mix the diced guava paste in the water and bring to a boil, stirring until it melts completely. Let it settle to get the consistency you want.
