- condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Colorless Gelatin24 g
- Cottage cheese200 g
- Water1/2 cup
- Guava, diced200 g
- In the blender add the condensed milk, cream, cottage cheese and colorless gelatin (dissolved according to the manufacturer). Hit the blender for 2 minutes. Add in a container (platter) and take the fridge for 2 hours
- Add the diced guava paste and 1/2 cup of water to a pan, stir little by little for 10 minutes, until it melts and thickens.
- After 2 hours add the topping on top and the Romeo and Juliet dessert is ready.
