  • Guava in cubes for stuffing200 g
  • Moist and sweetened shredded coconut100 g
  • Finely grated Parmesan to coat100 g
  • Water250 ml
  • Sugar350 g
  1. Mix the ingredients and knead until it doesn't stick to your hands.
  2. Open small portions of the dough in the palm of your hand, fill with the guava paste and close in the shape of 1.5 cm squares.
  3. Place on a baking sheet (no need to grease) and bake in a preheated medium oven (200°C) for about 20 minutes or until golden.
