Preparar o butter Milk, misturar o leite e o vinagre e deixar em repouso por volta de 5 minutos 

Prepare the butter milk, mix the milk and vinegar and let it rest for about 5 minutes.

Misturar ao butter Milk o óleo, açúcar e os ovos. Adicionar a baunilha.
 

Mix the oil, sugar and eggs with the butter milk. Add the vanilla.
 

Colocar aos poucos a farinha de trigo, não precisa mexer muito. E pode fazer o bolo todo a mão.

Levar ao forno pré aquecido por 40 a 45 minutos. Forma untada. E de 20 cm ou um pouco maior.

Cobertura:

Brigadeiro de queijo: mistura o leite condensado e 200g de creme de leite com 25g de queijo ralado.
Depois de frio adiciona a outra caixa de creme de leite.

Cobertura de goiabada: dissolve em água quente a goiabada.

Use a criatividade para montar seu bolo, a minha forma era furada e a surpresa por dentro era a calda de goiabada.

Roof:
