- Minas fresh cheese30 g
- Place the blackberries, sweetener and water in a pan and cook over low heat until a jam forms. About 15 minutes. Let it cool and store in a glass pot.
- Cut a slice of Minas fresh cheese and cover with the jam. Decorate with fruit and mint leaves.
