  • Gorgonzola cheese100 g
  • Honey6 tablespoon
  • Sliced Almonds50 g
  • Thyme (branch)6 unit(s)
  1. 1. Cut the pears in half, lengthwise, leaving the stem on one side. I used Bosc pears. 2. Remove the seeds and stalk from the center of each half. 3. Arrange the six halves on a baking sheet. Cut a small slice from the back of the halves so they lie flat on the pan. 4. Drizzle each half with a spoonful of honey. 5. Place pieces of gorgonzola cheese over the pears. 6. Preheat the oven to 180°. 7. Place the pears in the oven for 20 minutes or until browned. 8. For the last 5 minutes, place a sprig of thyme over each pear. 9. Remove from oven and place on a tray. 10. Place a sprig of thyme over each pear.
