  • French bread or half a baguette3 unit(s)
  • Milk1 cup
  • condensed milk1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream3 tablespoon
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling to taste
  1. Cut the buns into thick slices, about 2 to 3 fingers.
  2. Calda: In a pot, mix milk and condensed milk. For breading: In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs and mix with the cream. In another pot the sugar with cinnamon.
  3. First dip each slice of bread in the syrup, wetting all sides well.
  4. Dip in the mixture of eggs and sour cream. Dip in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  5. Arrange all the french toasts in a greased form and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C in a preheated oven. Remember to flip the french toast halfway through.
