- 1 packet of cornstarch biscuits200 g
- 100gr of butter100 g
- 1 can of condensed milk395 g
- 1 box of sour cream200 g
- 2 pots of plain yogurt340 g
- Berries to taste to taste
- Cranberry Jam125 g
- Dough: Grind the cornstarch biscuit, add the butter and mix well until it forms a homogeneous mass. Forre with the dough a form of removable background, including the sides.
- Stuffing: mix well the condensed milk, the cream and the 2 yogurt pots, not by hand, and when everything is well incorporated, throw it over the dough. Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes. The point is when the dough is golden and the filling is firm, with a consistency similar to that of gelatin. Be careful not to let time pass, because it can cut.
- Coverage: to taste! You can decorate with the fruits of your preference, jellies, dulce de leche. I put on a layer of blackberry jam and berries (strawberry, blackberry, raspberry, cherry and blueberry).
