milk1/2 cup
condensed milk1 can(s)
sour cream1/2 can(s)
wheat flour3 tablespoon
crumbled ricotta500 g
butter2 tablespoon
guava200 g
Water6 tablespoon

Heat the oven to 200 °C.
In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, cream, condensed milk, flour, ricotta and butter until smooth.
Put it in a 20 cm shape, greased with margarine and bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until golden.
Let cool, unmold
Bring the guava paste with the water to a boil, stirring until it dissolves and forms a jelly.
Let cool and place over the pie.
Serve cold.
