- milk1/2 cup
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- sour cream1/2 can(s)
- wheat flour3 tablespoon
- crumbled ricotta500 g
- butter2 tablespoon
- guava200 g
- Water6 tablespoon
- Heat the oven to 200 °C.
- In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, cream, condensed milk, flour, ricotta and butter until smooth.
- Put it in a 20 cm shape, greased with margarine and bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until golden.
- Let cool, unmold
- Bring the guava paste with the water to a boil, stirring until it dissolves and forms a jelly.
- Let cool and place over the pie.
- Serve cold.
