  • 0% fat cottage cheese03 tablespoon
  • Powdered gelatin, unflavored hydrated01 unit(s)
  • Boiling skim milk1/2 cup
  • Sweetener for oven and stove03 tablespoon
  • Strawberry Diet Gelatin01 unit(s)
  • Boiling water.300 ml
  1. In the blender, place the ricotta, curd, unflavored gelatin, milk and sweetener. Hit it well.
  2. Then pour into a refractory but leave space to put the gelatin on top, ok!
  3. Then prepare the gelatin with the 300 ml of boiling water and let it cool and then pour it, very slowly, on top of the ricotta cream.
  4. Finally take it to the fridge, let it harden, serve and enjoy!
