- Milk200 ml
- Unflavored gelatin1 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- For the syrup: 1 cup of sugar with 4 tablespoons of water. Stir until caramelized. Reserve.
- Dissolve the gelatin as directed on the package. In a blender place the condensed milk, cream, milk and gelatin. Beat for 3 minutes until creamy.
- Put the syrup in the mold and then put the cream. Take it to the fridge until it gets consistency, (I left it about 5 hrs) and soon it will be ready.
