- 2 box of condensed milk to taste
- 2 box of sour cream to taste
- 1 cup of sugar to taste
- 4 passion fruit spare to taste
- 100 g Chocolate powder to taste
- In a blender add a box of cream and condensed milk add the passion fruit pulp and blend
- Hydrate the colored gelatin in water and add it in a bain-marie to melt.
- Place the colorless gelatin in a blender and blend and reserve in a container.
- Do this with the powdered chocolate, add the condensed milk and elite cream, add the gelatin and beat
- Make the syrup, bring the sugar with a little water to the fire and let it melt until it turns brown.
- Grease the pudding mold with the syrup
- Add the passion fruit liquid and put it in the fridge for about 50 minutes.
