- Syrup - Sugar2 cup
- Water1 cup
- Dissolve unflavored gelatin according to package directions.
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender until you get a smooth and homogeneous mass.
- Syrup- Put the sugar in a round shape with the central bottom and take it to the fire until caramelized.
- Add the water and stir until the sugar dissolves completely (throw in the water little by little and stir quickly).
- Pour the dough into the form and take it to the fridge until it is firm.
