Modo de preparo 

1 Dissolva a gelatina sem sabor de acordo com as instruções do fabricante.

2 Bata no liquidificador todos os ingredientes até obter uma massa lisa e homogênea.



Method of preparation

1 Dissolve the unflavored gelatin according to the manufacturer's instructions.

2 Blend all the ingredients in a blender until you get a smooth and homogeneous mass.



Calda

1 Coloque o açúcar em uma forma redonda com fundo central e leve ao fogo até caramelizar.

2 Despeje o líquido na forma e leve à geladeira até que fique bem firme.

Desenforme e sirva.





Syrup

1 Place the sugar in a round mold with a central bottom and heat until it caramelizes.

2 Pour the liquid into the mold and refrigerate until firm.

Develop and serve.
