- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Egg Yolks1 unit(s)
- Condensed Milk1 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Lemon Juice3 unit(s)
- Lemon Zest to taste
- LET'S START WITH THE MASS: In a bowl, place the dry ingredients, wheat and sugar, mix and add the margarine and egg yolk. Stir gently. Take the dough to the fridge.
- Start by mixing the condensed milk and lemon juice, stir very well and finally add the cream. Leave the stuffing in the fridge so it can harden a little.
- While the stuffing is in the fridge, let's open our dough in pie molds. There's no secret, just take a little dough and shape it in the molds. Remove excess dough from the sides. Then just bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, let the cones cool, and then just put the stuffing on the cones. Unmold the pies and if you like, add (lemon zest to taste) to decorate, and it's ready to serve...
