- Dried Hibiscus1 tablespoon
- Hot water800 ml
- Strawberry8 unit(s)
- Squeezed Tahiti Lemon1 unit(s)
- Demerara sugar4 tablespoon
- Fresh grated ginger to taste
- Prepare the tea by infusing the hibiscus with hot water.
- Reserve the tea until it cools and store in the fridge.
- After the tea is well chilled, blend all the ingredients together in the blender until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Strain the mixture and serve in a glass with plenty of ice.
