- milk1 cup
- Lard or soy oil1/5 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Fresh Minas cheese to taste
- Water for cooking to taste
- Straws for packing to taste
- Cut the corn and beat it in the blender or grate the cobs in a coarse grater, mix the milk, sugar, salt, lard or oil... make the cup with the straw put the mixture in the cheese into pieces, close with another straw and close with an elastic band. Cook in boiling water for approximately 40 minutes.
