PASTA:
1- Mix cocoa and coloring in boiling water. Reserve
2- Beat the butter with sugar and vanilla essence until it turns into a light cream
3- Add the eggs one by one, mixing well
4- Add the flour, the curd and the mixture with cocoa, until smooth
5- Add the yeast and bicarbonate dissolved with vinegar and mix until smooth
6- Place in the oven at 180°C and bake for 40 minutes
CREAM CHEESE GLAZE:
1- Beat the butter with the cream cheese, the meringue powder and half the sugar, until creamy
2- Add the rest of the sugar and beat until you get the desired consistency
3- Put it to freeze
1- Cut the cake into layers
2- Stuff and decorate with the icing
3- Serve :)
