Ingredients

  • DOUGH: Cocoa powder | 10 g
  • Red Gel Coloring (food) | 10 ml
  • Boiling water | 60 ml
  • Butter | 200 g
  • refined sugar | 400 g
  • Egg | 4 unit(s)
  • Wheat Flour | 360 g
  • Curd or milk with lemon drops | 250 g
  • Yeast | 10 g
  • Baking soda | 5 g
  • Apple Cider Vinegar | 5 ml
  • Vanilla Essence | 5 ml
  • CREAM CHEESE GLAZE: Butter | 100 g
  • Cream cheese | 150 g
  • Meringue Powder | 15 g
  • Sifted sugar | 400 g

Recipe

  1. PASTA: 1- Mix cocoa and coloring in boiling water. Reserve 2- Beat the butter with sugar and vanilla essence until it turns into a light cream 3- Add the eggs one by one, mixing well 4- Add the flour, the curd and the mixture with cocoa, until smooth 5- Add the yeast and bicarbonate dissolved with vinegar and mix until smooth 6- Place in the oven at 180°C and bake for 40 minutes
  2. CREAM CHEESE GLAZE: 1- Beat the butter with the cream cheese, the meringue powder and half the sugar, until creamy 2- Add the rest of the sugar and beat until you get the desired consistency 3- Put it to freeze
  3. 1- Cut the cake into layers 2- Stuff and decorate with the icing 3- Serve :)
