- Grind the cookies in a food processor or blender.
- Mix with the margarine and line the base of a form with a removable bottom.
- Pour the cream and take it to the preheated medium oven (180º C) for about 40 minutes or until firm.
- Let it cool in the fridge before unmolding and covering with the jam. Serve decorated to taste.
- For the cream: beat the ingredients in the blender
- Roof Place the ingredients over medium heat, stirring constantly, until a jelly forms. Wait for it to cool down.
