- Sour cream for each gelatin packet1 tablespoon
- Boiling water for each gelatin packet100 ml
- Ice water for each gelatin packet100 ml
- Prepare the desired gelatin with 100 ml of warm water and 100 ml of ice water. Add half of the mixture in the form, take it to the freezer for 10 minutes. In the remaining mixture, add 1 tablespoon of cream and mix well. Very carefully, add this other mixture on top of the gelatin that had already gone into the freezer. Repeat the process with all the jellies. In the last gelatin you will not put the cream, you will prepare it normally and add it all in the mold. Take it to the fridge for another 30 hours, if you want to unmold, unmold carefully and that's it. Enjoy your food!
