- Wheat flour1 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Guava1 unit(s)
- Soybean oil500 ml
- Beat the eggs, sugar and salt in the mixer. Add milk and beat to incorporate. Add the wheat flour and baking powder (sifted) and beat until you get a homogeneous mass. Cut the guava into cubes and mix with the dough. Make balls, always with the guava in the middle, and fry in not too hot oil. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar to finish. In this recipe, the dough should be firmer than usual.
