Apples without skin, finely chopped (small pieces)1 unit(s)
Small banana cut into small pieces, (whichever you prefer)1 unit(s)
Wheat flour2 cup
Sugar1 cup
Baking powder1 dessert spoon
Pinch of salt to taste
Cinnamon to taste
Vanilla (optional) to taste
Eggs2 unit(s)
Milk150 ml
Sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling to taste

Place the wheat, salt, sugar, cinnamon and chopped fruit in a serving dish. Shake well.
Add eggs and yeast and mix well.
Add the milk until it becomes a soft dough.
With a spoon, put the small portions in the oil on low heat so that it doesn't burn and doesn't get raw inside. Fry carefully!
Once cooled, roll in sugar and cinnamon.
Serve and enjoy 😋
