  • Coconut milk100 ml
  • Unsweetened Shredded Coconut55 g
  • Xylitol55 g
  • Butter ghee1.1/2 tablespoon
  1. In a bowl mix the grated coconut with the coconut milk and set aside;
  2. In another container, sift the egg yolks to remove the film (discard the film). Add the xylitol and ghee butter;
  3. Mix well and then add the grated coconut mixture;
  4. Unite the molds with ghee butter, and sprinkle the xylitol inside them;
  5. Place the molds inside a larger mold, and add hot water until about halfway through form;
  6. Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, for approximately 30 minutes, or until golden brown above the quindins;
  7. Wait for the molds to cool down before unmolding. But remove the still warm quindins.
  8. OBS.: if you don't have ghee butter, you can use regular butter.
