  • coconut50 g
  • Water70 ml
  • Gem9 unit(s)
  • Sugar175 g
  • Glucose Syrup50 g
  • Butter for greasing to taste
  1. Hydrate: - 50g dried coconut - 70ml water
  2. In a bowl: - 9 sieved egg yolks - 175g sugar - 50g glucose syrup - hydrated coconut
  3. Grease molds with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
  4. Place the quindim mixture in the molds, place them in a large mold with hot water, to bake in a bain-marie.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until it looks like a baked (like a cake). To check the doneness you can stick a knife, which should come out clean.
  6. Bake for approximately 50 minutes.
