- condensed milk1 can(s)
- Concentrated passion fruit juice1 cup
- Colorless unflavored gelatin1 unit(s)
- Water5 tablespoon
- Blend condensed milk, cream and passion fruit juice (without straining, if you prefer) in a blender until smooth.
- Mix gelatin with water and dissolve in a water bath.
- Pour into the blender cream and beat for another 1 minute.
- Pour into a 24cm diameter moistened hole in the middle and take to the fridge for 3 hours.
- For the syrup, heat the sugar, water and pulp in a pan over medium heat for 5 minutes or until a syrup forms.
- Develop the pudding and cover with the cold syrup.
