- Pure lemon juice2 unit(s)
- In the blender, beat the condensed milk and the cream for 3 minutes. Gradually add the lemon juice and continue beating. Pour the mousse into a refractory and put it in the fridge. When serving, put lemon zest on top of the mousse to decorate (optional)
