- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Butter or margarine1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour3 tablespoon
- Corn starch3 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Salt a pinch to taste
- First, mix the liquid ingredients in a blender. Then add the corn and beat for approximately 1 minute. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat well. Unite the shape and take it to the oven preheated to 180° for 40 minutes. After this time, test it with a cutlery to feel the texture, it should be damp and the surface golden. Tip: if you want, before baking, sprinkle grated coconut on top. Now just pass that coffee and delight yourself!
