  • Red carrot, cut into cubes80 g
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Coconut oil60 ml
  • Brown sugar4 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour0.5 cup
  • Dark chocolate chips to taste
  • Chemical Yeast1 coffee spoon
  1. Blend the carrot, coconut oil, egg and sugar in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour the dough into a container, add the wheat flour and mix.
  3. Add the chocolate chips and stir.
  4. Add the yeast and mix gently.
  5. Divide the dough into cupcake molds, decorate with a few chocolate chips.
  6. Place in a preheated oven at 150ÂșC and bake for about 20 minutes (do the toothpick test).
