Eggs3 unit(s)
Coconut milk200 ml
Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
Grated squash1 cup
Demerara sugar or culinary sweetener3/4 cup
Fresh grated coconut0.5 cup
Fine cornmeal1 cup
Peanut flour1 cup
Baking powder1 tablespoon

In a blender place all the liquid ingredients and blend everything.
Add the grated coconut and beat for a few more minutes.
Start adding the other dry ingredients little by little and beat again.
In a greased form, pour the dough. Preheat the oven and bake the cake at 190 degrees for about 35 minutes or until golden.
If you want a more practical way, bake it in the microwave.
