Raw pumpkin (medium slice)1 unit(s)
Wheat1 cup
Sugar3/4 cup
Oil80 ml
Salt (pinch)1 to taste
Coffee essence1 to taste
Eggs3 unit(s)
Yeast1 coffee spoon

Peel and cut the pumpkin into pieces. Blend the pumpkin and all liquids in a blender. If necessary, add a little water to facilitate processing.
Place the dough in a bowl. Add the wheat, the essence and stir until incorporated. Add the yeast and stir gently.
Preheat the fire while preparing the dough. Put the dough in cupcake forminhas and take it to bake in medium oven. Here it took 25 min. Yields 12 servings in my molds
If you wish, add a chocolate coating 🍫 (optional)
