- Oil1 cup
- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Beat the eggs, sugar, oil, pumpkin and salt in a blender.
- Transfer to a bowl, add the flour and baking powder, mix well
- Place in a greased and floured mold, bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 40 minutes.
- When ready and still hot, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
