  1. Beat the eggs, condensed milk and milk in a blender for 3 minutes and leave to rest (if you want a pudding without holes)
  2. While resting, make the syrup. Put the sugar in a pan and wait for it to melt completely. Add the water (be careful not to burn yourself) and wait again for everything to melt.
  3. Put the syrup in the mold and spread it all over. Add the blender mixture, cover the pan with aluminum foil and place the pan in a bain-marie on the stove over medium heat for 20 min.
  4. To see if the pudding has already cooked, insert a knife in the middle, if it comes out clean, it is already cooked. Place in the fridge for 4 hours and unmold.
