- Beat the eggs, condensed milk and milk in a blender for 3 minutes and leave to rest (if you want a pudding without holes)
- While resting, make the syrup. Put the sugar in a pan and wait for it to melt completely. Add the water (be careful not to burn yourself) and wait again for everything to melt.
- Put the syrup in the mold and spread it all over. Add the blender mixture, cover the pan with aluminum foil and place the pan in a bain-marie on the stove over medium heat for 20 min.
- To see if the pudding has already cooked, insert a knife in the middle, if it comes out clean, it is already cooked. Place in the fridge for 4 hours and unmold.
