- Pudding with Lemon Essence! Ingredients: 1 can of condensed milk 3 eggs 2 lemons Liquid milk in the same measure as condensed milk 4 Tablespoons of Sugar (to have more syrup over the amount) 2 Drinks of Water Preparation mode : -First, make the syrup with the 4 spoons of sugar and the two "sips of water". Reserve to cool... -Then put the condensed milk, milk, eggs and lemon juice in the blender and hit for 5 min. - I put everything on a platter with the syrup already cold. -Place the dish in Baño Maira for +/- 40 to 50 min at a temperature of 200° degrees. - I let it cool to unmold. - Take the fridge and it's ready đ„°
