Bata No liquidificador os ovos e a açúcar por 2 minutos. 

Beat the eggs and sugar in the blender for 2 minutes.

Depois adicionar o leite e bata por aproximadamente 3 minutos e por último adicione a maisena e bata mas um pouco, reserve a massa 


Then add the milk and beat for approximately 3 minutes and lastly add the cornstarch and beat a little, reserve the dough


Faça uma calda caramelizada com açúcar e água ,e despeje na forma untadando com o caramelo. 

Make a caramelized syrup with sugar and water, and pour it into the mold, greased with the caramel.

Depois colocar a massa na forma e ponha para assar em banho Maria por 45 min noutro até a massa cozinha.
