Sugar syrup to taste

In the blender place all the ingredients, (except the syrup), to liquefy for 6 minutes.
Take a baking dish with a hole in the middle and grease it with the syrup.
Take the mixture and put it in the mold and cover with aluminum foil.
In another larger roast, put 2 liters of boiling water and place the roast with the dough inside.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
After 40 minutes remove the foil and put the pudding back in the oven for another 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
Wait for it to cool and remove from the mold.
