- Sour cream300 g
- Chocolate220 g
- Milk300 g
- Hydrated unflavored gelatin18 g
- Granules to taste
- Place the cream, condensed milk or chocolate in a blender and blend well.
- Then add the gelatin and beat again.
- Take an ultra round shape with oil. Add the mixture and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Then just unmold and put the granules.
- Ready help yourself.
