Bata todos os ingredientes no liquidificador com exceção das 2 xícaras de açúcar e a outra xícara de água

Blend all ingredients in a blender except for the 2 cups of sugar and the other cup of water.

Coloque numa forma de furo no meio as duas xícaras de açúcar e leve ao fogo até caramelizar, assim que borbulhar despeje com cuidado a xícara de água e deixe a calda amolecer se misturando por completo. 

Place the two cups of sugar in a hole shape in the middle and heat until caramelized, as soon as it bubbles, carefully pour the cup of water and let the syrup soften, mixing completely.

Pincele a calda nas laterais da forma e em seguida despeje devagar a massa do pudim.  Coloque um papel laminado cobrindo a forma, pondo dentro de outra forma maior com água quente e leve pra assar em forno pré aquecido a 180° por 50 minutos ou até firmar ( faça o teste do palito ) 

Brush the syrup on the sides of the form and then slowly pour the pudding dough. Place a foil covering the shape, putting it inside another larger shape with hot water and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 50 minutes or until firm (do the toothpick test)

Deixe esfriar, desenforme e se delicie junto com a família 

Let cool, unmold and enjoy with the family
