- Sugar1 cup
- In the pudding form, add the sugar and let it melt over low heat until caramelized. Reserve. Place the eggs, milk and condensed milk in a blender and blend for about 3 minutes. Pour the contents of the blender into the caramelized form and cover with aluminum foil. Place the form inside the pressure cooker, with enough water to cover the bottom of the form, as in a bain-marie. Cover the pan and, when it starts to sizzle, count 5 minutes. Turn off, let the pressure release and remove the pan from the pan. Unmold as soon as it cools and refrigerate for about 2 hours before serving.
