- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Milk300 ml
- Unflavored gelatin1 unit(s)
- Sugar2 cup
- Water1 cup
- Start by dissolving the gelatin according to the instructions on the package.
- In a blender place the condensed milk, cream, milk and dissolved gelatin.
- Beat for 3 minutes. Reserve!
- In a pan, place the sugar and over low heat, stir until it becomes a caramel, then add the water and continue stirring until the sugar melts and becomes a syrup.
- Put a little of the syrup in the bottom of the pots and then put the pudding liquid.
- Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours or until firm.
