Condensed milk395 g
Sour cream200 g
Milk300 ml
Unflavored gelatin1 unit(s)
Sugar1 cup
Water100 ml
200ml plastic pots14 unit(s)

Start by dissolving the gelatin (follow the instructions on the package).
In a container place the condensed milk, cream, milk and dissolved gelatin.
Beat for 3 minutes and set aside.
Put the sugar in a pan, over low heat, stir until it melts and becomes a caramel. Then add the water and leave it on the fire until the sugar completely melts again.
Wait for it to cool a little (about 10 minutes) and put some of the syrup in the jars.
Then put the liquid in the jars, close and take the fridge for 4 hours, until they are firm.
