- Unflavored gelatin24 g
- sugar2 cup
- water1 cup
- First mix the condensed milk, cream and milk in a blender.
- put the gelatin in a separate pot and add 10 tablespoons of water. Let it rest for 10 minutes and then melt. (if you are going to melt it in the fire, don't let it boil)
- add the gelatin to the mass with the blender beating.
- *SYRUP* Melt all the sugar over medium heat. Once melted, add the water little by little. Stir for 10 minutes and you're done. (Do I recommend that you put a little of the syrup in the pudding dough?
