- Beat everything in the blender. For the syrup: Place 1 cup of sugar directly into the mold over low heat, stirring constantly to avoid burning. When it has melted, pour the syrup into any shape. Put a cup of water in the electric pressure cooker. Put the mold with the pudding on the rice function and in less than 10 minutes you will have a pudding ready. TIP: *If you want a pudding full of holes, beat a lot in the blender. *If you want a smoother pudding, beat it with a whisk and not a blender. Think of a good train!
