- Nescau1 cup
- Water1 cup
- Sugar6 tablespoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Syrup: bring to a boil for 15 min. Allow to cool and place in a cone shape in the middle.
- Egg cream: take it to the fire and boil until it becomes a soft cream. Then let it cool.
- Whipped cream: beat the egg whites until stiff. Light joints with the nescaude spoon by spoon. Non-stop beating until it turns into a sigh. Add the cream and mix well. Then add the egg cream, mix and place in the greased shape with the Nescau caramel. Put it on the freezer until it gets solid. Ready ☺️
