- Sugar syrup1 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- Pudding
- Beat the eggs in the blender
- Add the condensed milk to the milk and beat again.
- Syrup
- Melt the sugar in a pan until it turns brown, being careful not to burn it, add the water and let it thicken.
- Place in a hole shape in the middle and pour the pudding dough on top.
- Bake for 45 min in a medium oven in a bain-marie.
- Use a toothpick to see if it's done well.
- Let cool and serve
