- Milk500 ml
- Corn starch3 dessert spoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Melt the sugar and then grease the glass with the syrup (glass has to be strong)
- In the pan put 1 egg yolk, milk, corn starch, condensed milk and stir until it thickens.
- Thickened, turn off the fire and put the milk cream and stir a little just to mix
- Place the mixture in the glass with the syrup, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
