Começamos pela calda, Em uma panela acrescente o açúcar e deixe derreter depois do açúcar derretido acrescente a água e mexa bem até dissolver o açúcar, coloque a calda em uma xícara deixe esfriar. No liquidificador acrescente o leite, creme de leite, leite condensado e bata por 2 minutos, dissolva a gelatina conforme está na embalagem. Adicione a gelatina a mistura no liquidificador e bata por mais um tempo. No pote coloque a calda e em seguida adicione o conteúdo do liquidificador leve a geladeira até adquirir consistência.
