  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Whole milk2 unit(s)
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Powdered milk1 cup
  • Whole eggs5 unit(s)
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Water1 cup
  1. Let's start with the caramel!! Melt the sugar in a pan over low heat, as soon as it dissolves completely and turns a golden color, add the water and stir well until you have a thick syrup without clumps, place it in a mold with a central hole and set aside.
  2. In the blender beat the eggs very well until it's very white. Add the milk cream, powdered milk, condensed milk and milk 2x the measure of the condensed milk box and beat everything very well.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes in a bain-marie or on fire for 40 minutes. Stick a toothpick to make sure it's cooked.
  4. Once it cools leave it in the fridge for about 6 hours, now just misinform!!
