  • Sugar2 cup
  • Milk powder2 tablespoon
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Whole milk2 cup
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  1. 1-Place the sugar to melt over low heat, always stirring until it turns into a caramel and no sugar is left. . 2-Transfer to a pudding mold and spread over the mold. (Be careful not to get burned) . 3- Put the other ingredients in the blender and hit for 5 minutes. . 4- Pour the mixture that you hit in the blender in the caramelized form. . 5- Cover the mold with aluminum foil. Then, bake in a bain-marie in a preheated oven at 180ºC, for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Do the fork test to see if it's done. (Prick the pudding with a fork, if it comes out clean, it's baked). Remove from the oven, wait to cool completely, take the fridge to freeze and then unmold.
